Terms of Use for Football IQ

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Football IQ mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Football IQ is a football training and learning app. Levels 1 and 2 of every module, and Daily Match, are available without a paid subscription. Levels 3–8, drills, and pathways require Premium or an open academy seat.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 11 years old to use Football IQ. If you are between 11 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password you use to sign in. You may delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing privacy@footballiq.app. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Premium is sold as an auto-renewable in-app subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Available durations include monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual plans. The exact price, duration, and any introductory offer are shown in the purchase sheet and come from Apple or Google for your storefront.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Unused portions of a free period, if offered by the store, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Football IQ does not offer a separate money-back guarantee. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

4a. Academy age groups

A club can buy one year of access for one age group. In the US the store price is $409.99. The same purchase can be made again for another age group, or again for the next year. This purchase does not auto-renew. Players in a paid group join with an invite code and are not charged for that group. Removing a player frees the place for the rest of the paid year and does not delete that player’s training.

5. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases on the subscribe screen to recover an existing entitlement tied to your store account.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass payment, share your account in a way that violates store rules, or interfere with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

Football IQ content, including training copy, quizzes, and branding, is owned by Football IQ or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial training.

8. Disclaimer

Training content is educational. It is not medical, professional coaching, or guaranteed performance advice. Physical training is at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
