Delete Your Football IQ Account
You can delete your Football IQ account in the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel billing in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings first.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Football IQ and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm. Your account and saved progress we store are removed.
Delete by email
- Email privacy@footballiq.app
- Subject: Football IQ - Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address on the account
- We process requests within 7 business days and send a confirmation
What is deleted
- Your authentication account and profile
- Synced progress, quiz scores, and training logs we store
- Local app data on that device after sign-out
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain limited purchase records required for billing and tax compliance.
